Eicher School follows a unique acronym – SIMPPLE to develop a learning environment for the overall development of a child.

S - Swavlamban

Swavlamban focuses on nurturing independence and self-reliance among students by equipping them with practical life skills. Through hands-on learning in areas such as carpentry, electronics, sewing, and gardening, students gain valuable experiences beyond textbooks. These activities encourage creativity, responsibility, and confidence while helping students appreciate the importance of skill development in everyday life.

I - I-Connect

I-Connect encourages students to develop social awareness and a global outlook by actively engaging with the community. Through initiatives such as Peace Rallies, Cultural Exchange Programmes, Nukkad Natak, Women Empowerment campaigns, anti-terrorism awareness drives, and various social service activities, students learn the importance of compassion, responsibility, and meaningful contribution to society.

M - Manthan

Manthan serves as a platform for intellectual exchange where students are encouraged to question, analyse, and express their ideas. Through discussions, debates, and collaborative activities, students develop critical thinking skills and broaden their perspectives. The programme promotes curiosity, confidence, and thoughtful engagement with academic and social issues.

P - Praveen

Praveen focuses on strengthening students’ general awareness and analytical abilities beyond the regular curriculum. Sessions on General Knowledge, current affairs, and quantitative aptitude are integrated into the learning process to enhance logical thinking and intellectual curiosity, preparing students to face competitive and real-world challenges with confidence.

P - Prakhar

Prakhar is an internship initiative that provides students with valuable exposure to the professional world. In collaboration with IND-SPHINX, Parwanoo, students participate in structured training that helps them understand workplace practices and professional responsibilities. Eicher School proudly became the first school in the region to introduce such an internship opportunity for its students.

L - Lakshay

Lakshay focuses on career guidance and counselling to help students make informed educational and career choices. Through counselling sessions, stream selection guidance, and exposure to various career pathways, students are supported in identifying their strengths and interests. The programme encourages thoughtful career planning and prepares students for future opportunities.

E - Embrace

Embrace is a mentor-mentee programme designed to support and guide newly joined teachers. Experienced mentors provide guidance, encouragement, and professional support to help them adapt smoothly to the school environment. This collaborative approach fosters professional growth, confidence, and a strong culture of learning within the institution.
