An emphasis on the development of global citizens is promoted through I-Connect which includes:-Peace Rally, Cultural Exchange Programs, Anti-terrorism, Charities through Goonj Foundation, Nukkad Natak, Women Empowerment and many more.

General Knowledge and General awareness sessions including quotative aptitude are taken in the curriculum for the overall learning of a child.

Eicher School Parwanoo has taken a step to improve not only the students’ personal skills but to polish their professional growth and experience also through an internship program under PRAKHAR which was conducted in IND-SPHINX Parwanoo.
Seven Students last year and six students this year have successfully accomplished the training and submitted the report of their learning and experience. It was a great opportunity for the students to do the work in a professional environment. ESP became the first school not only in the vicinity but in Trinity to provide this INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME to the students.
L - Lakshay
Career Guidance and counseling programs at Eicher School aim to help students make more informed and better education and career choice. Career guidance offers career options suggestions on stream selections and senior secondary opportunities that are associated with their field of interest the concept of career exploration is introduced to students in grade and support continues till grade.
E - Embrace
A mentor-mentee program for all new teachers is an amazing way to help them acclimatize to the new environment with no problems.
BALA (Building as learning aid)
Creating an atmosphere of learning all around the students even through the building they use, such as traffic lights in corridors, bright figures from stories on walls and the map of India at the school entrance.
PBL (Project Based Learning)
All students learn through doing, the school organizes various educational field trips as outbound activities.
